1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns and full refunds within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags, labels and accessories attached.
- Products must be returned in the original factory packaging.
- Valid order number or purchase proof is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- Clearance, discounted or promotional items
- Personal care products, customized / personalized goods
- Perishable products and intimate apparel
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support via email: z411943840@outlook.com or site message, state your order number and return reason.
- We will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2–3 business days.
- Pack the item securely, mark the RA number on the package, and ship it back to the designated return address provided by us.
- Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the process is completed.
4. Return Shipping Fee
- Customer’s remorse return: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival): We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and attach photos/videos of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method. The arrival time depends on your payment provider, which usually takes 5–10 working days.
- If you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a cash refund, please notify us when submitting the return request.
6. Damaged & Defective Goods
If your item arrives broken, defective or incorrect:
- Submit a request with visual evidence within 48 hours upon receipt.
- We offer three solutions: full refund, free replacement or store credit.
- We reserve the right to confirm the actual condition of goods before handling claims.
7. Late Returns
Returns submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted. We have the right to reject any returned items that do not meet our condition requirements.
